General Info on Starless Nights:

Founders: Kailey, Lola, Mary. Started on 8/13/2011. Launched x/xx/xxxx

Clan HQ/Meeting Place: Chip n Dales - Nutty River.

Meeting Time: Wednesdays at 7:30 PM EST. Please attend and try not to be too late! Wink

We'll just be hanging out, exchanging SF codes with those that we haven't and getting to know each other.

Skype/MSN Group Chat: Skype will have a default group chat for all those with Skype. As for MSN, as it does not keep groups after you sign out, when you see a member sign in, and there is a clan convo going on, please invite them.

Rules & Guidelines

1. Please respect your fellow guildies. &+ Do not discriminate others based on their laff, species, color, and/or gags.

2. Try to be as active as you can. We don't require you be on for ages in front of your computer screen. Please try to at least sign on in game, skype, msn, or the forums at least once every 10 days. We would at least like to see you're alive. Any inactive members will be kicked, but welcome to apply and join again. If you know you can't be on for a certain amount of time, PM Kailey, or post in the 'Temporary Absences' thread with how long you will be gone, and if you can, why.

3. Hacking of any sort will not be tolerated. If we catch anyone doing this, you will be kicked immediately and banned permanently.

4. Try to involve yourself with new members, especially if they're shy. We want everyone to see that everyone in the Clan are like family. Let's show them that image. Smile

5. Have fun! One of the most important rules! Remember that all we do is for fun. We will do everything in our power to make sure you feel comfortable around us, so don't be shy and join us!

Consequences

1st Offense - Warning from a Admin or Mod.
2nd Offense - Suspension for 3 Days.
3rd Offense - Removed.

Events

Private Parties.

Birthday Parties: Whenever it's a member's birthday, there will be a special thread for him/her in the 'Birthday' category. Please visit and wish him/her a happy birthday! We will also hold a special private party for them. This will be hosted by one of the Admins, the birthday girl/boy themselves, or a volunteer from one of the other members. The time and date will most likely be decided between the Admins and the Birthday Toon, and then announced to the members. If there's a decent amount of members who can show up, the schedule will stay. If not, we will make a new date when more people will be able to make it.

Bi-Weekly Parties: Every other Saturday, we will be having a party for all our members! We will have the first one on 12 PM EST and another at 6 PM EST to help those with time zone differences. Everyone is welcome to attend both if they would like. Usually held by one of the admins, but if someone would like to volunteer, please post in the Bi-Weekly Party thread.

Special Event Parties: On holidays (or a day or 2 before), or when someone just feels like throwing a one, we will be having parties as well! We will be announcing when a Special Event Party is being held in the Special Event Parties thread. Please keep an eye out for those!

Boss Runs

Organized group runs on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Boss runs on Saturdays, will only happen on every other Saturday. As we will be having parties on Saturdays when we're not doing boss runs.

VP: Wednesdays. Runs will go on from 6PM to 7PM EST. At 5 PM EST, we will be doing factory runs for anyone who still needs merits.

CFO:Thursdays. Runs will go on from 6PM to 7PM EST. At 5PM EST, we will be doing mint runs for anyone who still needs cogbucks.

CJ:Every other Saturday. Runs will go on from 3PM EST to 4PM EST. At 2Pm EST we will be doing DA runs for anyone who still needs notices.

CEO:Every other Saturday. Runs will go on from 5PM EST to 6-6:30PM EST. At 4PM EST, we will doing CC runs for anyone who still needs stock options.

*If no one, who is going on a run, needs more for a promotion, we will be doing the runs a bit earlier to save time, if members agree.

Golfing. Fishing. Racing.

When: Every other Saturday (the Saturdays when we have parties)

1. Golfing: Meet at Chip n Dales by 1PM EST. Once everyone has arrived, we will all run/swim over to the golf grounds and get into as many, even out groups as possible, based on which courses people want to to. We will be golfing for about 30 minutes, before moving onto our next destination.

2. Fishing: After golfing, we will be heading to a selected playground to fish, decided by the present members, at 1:30 PM EST. If we have many people, we will split into groups and fish in the playground and it's streets. If needed, we will take turns when a toon's bucket is full, or go to another playground.

3. Racing: After fishing, we will be heading to the race tracks at 2PM EST. We will, once again, split into groups based on the tracks we go. Before that, we will have 15 minutes for practice races to help those that do not have enough tickets, then do several toon battles.

4. At 2:45 PM EST, we will head back to Chip n Dales. We'll hang out for a couple more minutes, then at 3PM EST, we will start the whole cycle all over again for those who weren't able to come on earlier. We'll finish by 5PM EST. You will have an hour to do whatever you would like, until 6PM EST. The Bi-Weekly Party! Make sure you're friends with the person who is hosting it, and got your invitation, as it will be a private party.

Other

We will sometimes have small contests with Star Points as prizes. These contests will happen from time to time, so stay alert for announcements!

There are several ways to earn Star Points. You can exchange these Star Points for prizes!

Maxing Racing: 30
Maxing Golfing: 30
Recruit a New Member (has to stay in clan for at least a week): 15

Where do I check how many Star Points I have?:
If you look under your username, you will see how many points you have. However, there isn't a way for me to deduct points after you've redeemed them, only able to add, so once you've spent some for a prize, please check this thread from now on to see how many you have. As I will be manually calculating once you've redeemed.

*SPAM will NOT count toward your Star Points. If I see this, I will manually deduct points.

CONVERSION:

1 Star Point = 5 Jellybeans.
Exchange them for prizes, PM me what you would like.
I will update the image weekly, with each new cattlelog I receive. Only will post prizes are that are gift-able. Those that are not able to be gifted by default will not be uploaded.
